Food service went downhill. Ordered a stinger light oil and got a dry sub. Chicken finger sub with oil was nothing but oil, soggy, and dripping with oil. Had a slice of pizza that ended up having oil on it because they had the subs on the box. Fries should've been cooked longer as well, as they were cold and barely cooked... won't be returning

Hands down the best steak sub on the planet. You can’t go wrong here & prices are super fair. This place is a gem!

Born and raised in Buffalo. 29 years old. I kept hearing about their steak subs. I figured it was time to try one. I have to say Jim's and la novas definitely makes a better steak sub. I make a better steak sub at home. I buy 40lb box's from the meat market. Their sub had no flavor and was dry.

Love it, tasty tasty. I have not eaten here but get pizza delivery. The pizza is sweet and I love it more than blasedell or any pizza. Vg prices. Vg delivery

Great food!! The staff is friendly and did I mention the food is great? Of all things I decided to have I got a turkey club sub and I am so glad I did,they use real bacon and the turkey is made on the premises! Absolutely delicious!

I got a slice of cheese pizza and it was very good. Nice sauce good amount of cheese and it was nice and hot. The service was decent. Overall I would go back.

I went here for the much talked about steak hoagie. I honestly wasn’t impressed with it. However the wings were great!

Fantastic service! I walked in and was wepcomed nicely. I wasn't rushed to make a choice and could look at the menu without pressure. All the employees here were happy and I thought that was great! Our food was excellent and also reasonably priced. I will be back here for sure!
